- Trainee stipend is measured in hourly basis (MOP48 per hour)
- The maximum training hours are 72 hours per month By fulfilling the following requirement, trainee has the opportunity to be promoted as “technical trainee” and receive stipend rate at MOP 66 per hour
- The maximum training hours are 72 hours per month By fulfilling the following requirement, trainee has the opportunity to be promoted as “technical trainee” and receive stipend rate at MOP 66 per hour
- Working more than 1 year
- Completing more than 150 training hours
- With technical skill
- Having good performance and recommend by his/her supervisor

After completing all training workshops (with 100% attendance rate) and 10 hours of on-job training, trainee can receive stipend at MOP 66 per hour.
